Submit a “Meet Like-Minded Youth” Statement

Photo and statement instructions:

  • Please tell us your name, year you were born, and what country you are from.
  • Create a short statement of 150 characters or less (see prompt questions below).
  • Take a high quality photo. (750x 750 pixel image capability)
  • Your statements may be made in a language other than English. If you choose to write your statement in a language other than English, please provide us with a script with every word you write both in English and also in your language.
  • Fill out and sign the “Photo/Video Release” form

Note: All who support EYC objectives are welcome here whether they are people of faith or no faith and people of all cultures and backgrounds. Please keep this in mind when writing your statement.

 

Consider these questions when creating your statement:

 

Why do you stand for life?
Why do you stand for the family?
Why is protecting life important to you?
What does family mean to you?
What do you want other youth to know based on your experience?

 

Through “Meet Like-Minded Youth” people will be able to click on your picture and read your statement.

    I understand that by uploading photo/video to this website I hereby grant the Empowered Youth Coalition (EYC) and Global Helping to Advance Women and Children (Global HAWC), the facilitator of the EYC, permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video or other digital media (“photo”) to further the mission and objectives of the EYC. I also authorize the EYC/Global HAWC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit or publish these photos for any lawful purpose connected to the EYC mission and objectives. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of any photo or video I may submit. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge EYC/Global HAWC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which its representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on behalf of EYC have or may have by reason of this authorization. BY COMPLETING THIS PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE, I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS, AND THAT I AGREE TO ALL OF THE STATEMENTS IN THIS RELEASE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
